You’ll be able to shop special deals, see holiday decorations, have the chance to win prizes, enjoy shopping, dining, snacking and family fun this Saturday in Downtown Santa Paula.
Discover Downtown Santa Paula will welcome visitors to the East Main Street and surrounding areas where 20 merchants have made special plans for holiday shoppers and looky-loos alike, from visiting with Santa and trying to win an array of prizes to enjoying holiday themed entertainment, discounts and special offers.
There’s so much to discover in Downtown Santa Paula that a walking map has been created just for the event’s 20 special stops said Talia Wunder, who helped organize the event.
“We’ve gotten a great response from the merchants, most of Main Street,” whose businesses are located in one of the most historically significant areas of the county.
Wunder is looking forward to the social aspect of the event, visiting friends and greeting new visitors all sharing a day Downtown where merchants have dressed their front windows in their holiday finest and inside are offering specials of all kinds.
Said Wunder, “People don’t realize all that is offered in our Downtown,” and the uniqueness of the businesses where, “even half of Miky’s Cellular is devoted to antiques.
“My recommendation is if you haven’t been Downtown in a while come check it out.... there’s more than you’d ever imagine! Between the Super Store for wrapping, boots, coats, gifts, restaurants, salons and spas, you name it we have it in Downtown Santa Paula.”
