The Documentary Film Committee invites you to see the 2004 documentary “The Future of Food” on Friday, September 28 at 7 p.m. at the Universalist Unitarian Church, 740 E. Main St. in Santa Paula.
The subject of genetically modified foods is a timely one, since California will vote in November on Proposition 37, which if passed will require labeling of genetically engineered food. “The Future of Food” gives a comprehensive look at seed patenting, GMOs, and the consequences, locally and globally, this massive seed experiment is having on our food supply.
