Mupu 4H meeting

The first general meeting of the year of the Mupu 4-H Club will be on Monday Sept. 10th, 7:00 p.m. for new and returning members.
The meeting will be held at the church on the corner of Steckel Drive and Harvard Blvd. 4-H is open to students from Kindergarten through 19 years of age.
Mupu 4-h offers many projects; hiking, camping, pigs, sheep, cavies, arts and crafts, pygmy goats, carpentry, gardening, and cooking. Members must be 9 years old or in 4th grade by Jan. 1, 2013 and enroll before December 1st 2012 to take a large animal to the fair.
Membership is $40 per year. New members are encouraged to attend the meeting to find out more information about 4-H, and can sign up at the meeting. The club president is Nolan Woodruff and the club leader is Carole Butler.
