Coach Teojua Sanchez commented on last weeks game: “I was extremely disappointed with the way our defense played on Friday night.

We need to make adjustments to ensure that type of play never happens again. Once again special teams played a pivotal role in the game. Sophomore kicker Moises Salgado was perfect on the night with his field goals. He is now 4 for 4 on his field goals.

The offense played well but turned the ball over too many times. Senior RB Steven Kohr continues to shine in his senior campaign. Junior WR Ramiro Montano played a great game making several tough catches over the middle.

Christian Garcia played well considering it was his first varsity game as QB.

The game is behind us and we need to concentrate on a very well coached Bishop Diego football team.”
