Lady Cardinal wrestlers bring home medals from CIF matches

The Girls’ regional CIF matches took place Friday and Saturday of last week at Oxnard High School. Three Santa Paula girls came home with medals.
Nicole Harvey, wrestling at 146 pounds took third place in her weight class. She went 6-1 for the two days, all of her wins by pins. Justine Jue, at 108 pounds, placed fourth. She had a 4-2 record with three pins and one win by points. Jerra Henthorn took seventh place in her division. She was 3-2 for the two days, all of wins by pins.The Santa Paula wrestlers host Malibu and Nordhoff today, starting at 4:30 p.m.
