3:30 to 6:00 p.m.Wednesday May 28, 2008 Grace Thille School Cafeteria 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.Thursday, May 29, 2008 Barbara Webster School Cafeteria 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.*Please be advised that students that were enrolled in ASPIRE this school year must re-enroll for the 2008-2009 school year.Information that you should have on hand with you at the above date are: 1) most current check stub for both parents is needed to be given an enrollment form; 2) both parents’ work name, work phone number and name of supervisor; 3) three names of emergency contacts and their phone numbers; 4) name of family doctor and phone number. Please be advised, if you do not have the above information needed you will not be able to fill out an enrollment forms.
