SPHS percussion places first

Santa Paula High School percussion students placed 1st at the American Drumline Association (ADLA) competition held at Tustin High School the first weekend in April. Under the direction of Music Director William Melendez, these students worked diligently on their creative program and received their highest score of the season after competing against 10 other Southern California schools. The students will end the season this month with high hopes of taking home the gold at ADLA finals.
