Continued Growth for Century 21 Hometown Realty

Century 21 Hometown Realty has expanded to 17 offices with the takeover of two Ventura County real estate companies.

The new acquisitions include the former Century 21 Coastal Investments in Port Hueneme and the former Century 21 Buena Vista offices in Ventura and Santa Paula.

Earlier this year Century 21 Hometown Realty was recognized as the fastest growing Century 21 franchise in the world. Century 21 Hometown Realty had nearly $500 million in gross annual sales in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties and is looking to significantly increase to that total for 2013.

Jack Hardy, CEO of Century 21 Hometown Realty, states that these new offices will provide unparalleled resources for real estate buyers and sellers from Paso Robles to Camarillo to Bakersfield.
