A Mega Mixer for young professional working in Ventura County is planned for Thursday, Aug. 21 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Topa Tower Club, 300 E. Esplanade Drive, in Oxnard.

A Mega Mixer for young professional working in Ventura County is planned for Thursday, Aug. 21 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Topa Tower Club, 300 E. Esplanade Drive, in Oxnard. This event is a joint effort of the United Way’s Young Leaders Society, Ventura County Jaycees, Camarillo Chamber’s Young Professionals Group, and the Young Professionals Network of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme.“We are pleased to be part of a larger movement which engages young people across Ventura County,” said Timur Taluy, Chairman of the Young Leaders Society. “We owe it to ourselves and our future to bring attention to groups that are making a difference in the community and help others connect.”The Mega Mixer will bring together young professionals in hopes of raising awareness about the societal role they play in shaping the future of the community and the country.
