On Friday February 23, Pacific Life Insurance Company presented ten bicycles along with helmets to be distributed to A.S.P.I.R.E, an after-school program in six Santa Paula elementary schools that is operated by the Boys & Girls Club and the Santa Paula Elementary School District. The bicycles were presented to Pearl Galvan at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa by John White. At their annual awards conference for their department, Internal Wholesaling Department of Pacific Life’s Annuity & Mutual Fund Division, 25 employees from Omaha, Nebraska and 25 employees from Newport Beach worked together to assemble the bicycles. This is the first time this company has donated back to a community. The bicycles were donated by Team Dynamix, which is a leadership development program located in Arizona. The ASPIRE Program will raffle off the bikes at the end of the school year as an incentive for academics, attendance and attitude.
