The City of Santa Paula co-sponsored the parade with the Optimist Club and made arrangements for Adelphia to tape the parade and air the show county-wide for all to see. The City provided the new banner that was across Main Street announcing the parade and also provided information on the City website.

Centex Homes-Fagan Canyon has donated funds to cover the entire cost of the 55th annual Optimist Christmas Parade. Michelle Miller of Roni Hicks & Associates, who represents Centex Homes-Fagan Canyon, contacted the Optimist Club because they wanted to be involved in the community-wide event.Ron Merson, chairman of the Santa Paula Optimist Club annual Christmas Parade, said The Christmas Parade was a huge success this year. We are always looking for financial support for our projects in Santa Paula and we are very happy to have Centex-Fagan Canyon join us in this great endeavor.
