The aging process affects drivers; reaction time slows, vision and hearing may be impaired.

Sharpen your knowledge of traffic laws and your driving skills by attending the AARP’s Mature Drivers Class. Passing the course entitles drivers to a discount on their car insurance. It’s also a great refresher before renewing your driver’s license. 

You must be over the age of 50 to take this class and to receive a reduction in insurance premiums. The class will be held at the Santa Paula Community Center (530 W. Main Street) on January 23 and 24 (Monday and Tuesday) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  You must attend both days.

The class fee of $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members includes both days, course booklet, and certificate. Don’t hesitate; stop by the Senior Center now to reserve a seat. For information, call 933-4226 ext 356.
