Project management for business success

Business leaders can learn the principles and components of  managing government projects at a free class titled “Project Management for the Small Business Government  Contractor,” presented by the Economic Development Collaborative-Ventura County in partnership with The Federal Technology Center.

The class will be 9 a.m. - noon, Feb. 7 at Ventura City Hall, Community Room, 501 Poli St., Ventura. The class will cover nine elements of project management, ranging from integration and scope management to risk and procurement management.
