The Task Force to End Homelessness in Santa Paula will be hosting a community-wide conference, “Reinventing the Future” on Saturday, March 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Universalist Unitarian Church, 740 E. Main Street.
Based on the “Bridges Out of Poverty” paradigm used in cities across America, the conference will address changing strategies to improve cities and the lives of people who live there.
