Executive Chef Walter Cozean, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate who has worked and studied with many Michelin starred Chefs in Paris and New York City, is a native of Houston who uses authentic ingredients to create classic luscious dishes with a fresh, modern flair. An extensive wine list featuring rare vintages and other sought after selections complements innovative cuisine, in addition to a dazzling dessert menu.
