The Ebell Club of Santa Paula held their Fashion Show & Tea April 2 at the First United Methodist Church of Santa Paula.
Featured were fashions by Draper’s & Damon’s of Camarillo and Mirage of Fillmore.Modeling for Draper’s & Damon’s were Vonnie Aitken, Suzanne Duff, Cleo Friddle, Kay Glenn and Alice McMahan. Models for Mirage were Billie Ann Moore, Peggy Russell, Edra Melnar, Maggie Upchurch and Charlotte Wear. Marcie Alcott and Beverly Harding served as fashion narrators, and Nancy Bryie from Mary Kay Cosmetics did the models’ makeup. Beverly Couch provided the piano accompaniment.Table decorations of white cloths and red rosebuds were arranged by Bernardine McCracken, who served cookies and sandwiches with the assistance of her committee of Ebell members.
