Cardinal JV fights to the end against Oaks Christian

Oaks Christian took over the JV game from the start Friday. The Lions took over the ball after a fourth down Santa Paula punt and pushed to the Cardinal 8-yard line. From there they scored their first touchdown of the game. Despite the Cardinal defensive effort, Oaks went on to win the contest 55-0. The Santa Paula defense especially put up a strong fight in the second half. The JV gets the week off this week, as only the varsity plays Friday night.
