Spring season starts for seniors

The Spring/Summer season has started for senior slow-pitch softball. The Santa Paula Lemons are 1-1 so far for the season. The Lemons lost 25-13 to the Simi Grey Ghosts. Simi led 20-2 going into the fifth, but the Lemons came alive with home runs by Ralph DeLeon and John Wisda. Darkness forced the game to be called before Santa Paula could catch up.The Lemons won their second game 27-17 over the Ventura Classics.
