Santa Paula News

The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley is excited to announce Southern California Edison awarded our organization a $5,000 grant in support of STEM opportunities for our youth.  Hands-on science, technology, engineering and math learning has become a fundamental part of club programming and helps our members acquire skills to be successful in life.  Programs, like our First Lego League Robotics Program, get our youth excited about science, technology and learning.  We are thankful that with caring community supporters, such as Southern California Edison, we can continue to grow these essential programs and further immerse our youth in STEM education.Pictured are:  Anna Frutos-Sanchez of Southern California Edison, BGCSCV CEO, Jan Marholin, BGCSCV Vice President, Ari Larson, BGCSCV Board Member, Gary Nasalroad and club members: Bradley Smith, Emmalys Espinoza and Richard McElroy.
