Sports physical deadline set

Santa Paula High School sports physicals will be held Wednesday, June 12 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Westside Family Practice, 400 E. Santa Barbara Street.
The cost is $15. All current and incoming athletes must have a packet completed prior to Summer League participation and turned in to the athletic office. Any athlete who plans to play a sport during the 2013-14 school years is encouraged to attend.
Athletes may pick up physical packets prior to June 12 at the Athletic Office, the high school office, the Santa Paula Times (120 Davis Street), at incoming freshman orientation or online at www.sphs.net
