Girl Scouts attend beach party

Over 570 Girl Scouts attended a beach party for “early bird” registrants at Buenaventura State Beach on Saturday, July 25. They enjoyed a morning filled with games from around the world, and spent the afternoon enjoying the sand and waves. Santa Paula Girl Scouts attending included: from Troop 40 - Alisha Amaro, Sabrina Avendano, Valarie Ayala, Maggie Gallimore, Cassie Hawkins, Megan Holmes, Pam Learn, Alyssa Marquez, Paula Salgado, Cami Smith, Miranda Smith; Troop 653 - Melanie Alvarez, Kristin Easley; Troop 524 - Alina Carrillo, Jessica Dalrymple, Marisela Fuentes, Andrea Hernandez; and Daniela Sentes.
