Teatro de las Américas and MusicaLatitudes present “Christmas Tales and Chants,” a Latin American Celebration for the entire family at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10 at Casa del Mexicano, 218 So. 11th St., Santa Paula, and 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 17 and 18 at Heritage Square Hall, 731 So. A St., Oxnard.
Actors from Teatro de las Américas and musicians and singers from MusicaLatitudes gather into a colorful choir performing traditional Christmas Latin American songs and reading warm, funny and sad Christmas stories from various Spanish-speaking countries.
