Royce S. Matye Jonas Royce S. Matye Jonas passed away December 5, 2007 in Roseburg, Oregon. She was born March 14, 1946 to Floyd and Georgia Matye of Santa Paula, and was a 1964 graduate of Santa Paula High School.Royce had a great love of family. Her favorite pastimes were crafting and spending time on the Oregon coast, as well as the occasional trip to a casino not far from home.She is survived by her husband, Arthur L. Jonas; sons, Andrew S. McIntosh of Winston, Oregon and Matthew J. McIntosh (wife Amy) of Sherwood, Oregon as well as stepsons, Patrick, Aaron, Todd and Brian, all of Orange County, California; sisters, Jane Lindemann of Winchester, Oregon and Cassandra “Cassie” Zucco of Bishop, CA; brother Kenneth of Redding; and grandchildren, Allison, age 4 and Isaiah, 20 months, of Sherwood, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Jim, and grandparents Yuba and Gracie Fox.
