The Santa Paula Theater Center proudly presents “A Dickens Radio Christmas” from November 16 through December 23 at the Santa Paula Theater Center, 125 South 7th Street. Performances for “A Dickens Radio Christmas” are at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for seniors and students, and $12 for children 12 and under, and can be reserved by calling the box office at 525-4645.“A Dickens Radio Christmas” features a recreation of a live broadcast of Charles Dickens’ delightful holiday tale “Cricket on the Hearth.” Set in 1944 New York at WEAF Radio, the production features live sound effects, original commercials and hijinks galore as a rag-tag team of amateurs tries to present a live radio show of this Dickens Christmas story.
