Renaissance holds 37th annual graduation ceremony

Renaissance High School and Santa Paula Adult High School held graduation ceremonies last Thursday at the Community Center. This was the 37th graduation for the alternative education schools. Principal Lorenzo Moraza welcomed family and guests to the ceremonies. Jason Hernandez, the Renaissance Student of the Year made remarks and 1997 RHS graduate Lydia Olivo was the special guest speaker. School Board Member Robert Salas presented the Juan G. Salas Scholarships to Camille Collison, Sandy Cervantes and Yuridia Crespo. Laura Espinosa gave the Latino Town Hall Scholarship to Helen Salazar.
