It snows on Main Street

It began snowing in Downtown Santa Paula about 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. The snow brought out hundreds of Santa Paula kids. The kids threw snowballs, rode sleds, and just had a good time playing in the white snow. The snow obviously was manmade and purchased by the Downtown Merchants Association and co-sponsored by the City of Santa Paula. In all 35 tons of snow was sprayed on Main Street from Davis to 8th Street.
