Flamingos Get in the Holiday Spirit

Flamingos have begun to disguise themselves to fit in with lawn oranments gracing yards at this time of year. Although originally sited only on the east side of town, three recent appearances in the Richard Road area can only indicate they have established nests throughout Santa Paula. RUFF, Remove Unwanted Flamingos Fast, has gathered up the flock from a dozen locations in the last two weeks. Area bird watchers report a second flock migrating to Santa Paula.
