Santa Paula Police Officers Association sponsors Halloween Carnival

The City of Santa Paula Community Services Department presents the 14th Annual Halloween Carnival Friday, October 31 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Community Center, 530 W. Main Street. Carnival fee $1 for 10 tickets. Prizes! Candy! Food Court! Games! Ages 6-13 (separate area for 3-5 year olds). Kids, wear a costume and bring a container for goodies!
