Children should arrive in costume by 9:00 a.m. at Ebell Park, (7th and Main Street). Judging will occur for the kindergarten though 6th grade children at 9:30 a.m. sharp with the parade beginning at 10:00 a.m. The parade route will begin at Ebell Park go down Main Street and turn south on Mill Street and end at Veteran’s Park where the Kiwanis Club will hand out candy to all the participants.
