David Morris Kaiser
Long-time Santa Paula resident, David Morris Kaiser, passed away of congestive heart failure on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, in the home which he built and loved.
David was born October 4, 1928 in Houston, TX, to Doris Butterfield Kaiser and John Emil Kaiser, the third of four children. He was a Navy Seabee, University of New Mexico Alumnus, long-time scuba diver, pilot, golfer and entrepreneur. His designs of specialized filtration systems for hospitals and the Citrus Industry were among his business endeavors.
David was a man of faith and never wavered from his conservative views. He was a member of the Rotary Club of Santa Paula and of the Ventura Missionary Church.
David is survived by spouse, Gwyn Kaiser; grandson, Cody Kaiser; step-daughter, Elizabeth Walker; brother-in-law, John M. Dickenson; sister-in-law, Lois Dixon; brothers, John Kaiser and Paul Kaiser (Kyoko); and many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by sister, Jean Canion.
