Anne Shilton Graumlich

Anne Shilton Graumlich died on September 19, 2015 from complications of metastatic breast cancer. She was born in 1960 to Dr. John B. and Carol Jean Brown Shilton. A lifelong resident of Santa Paula, Anne was a gifted curator. Her exhibits at the California Oil Museum, the Museum of Ventura County and its associated Agriculture Museum spanned a broad range: from “Painting the Santa Clara Valley” to “Oxnard’s Beet Generation.”

Anne is survived by her husband, Henry, and daughter, Eliza Graumlich; siblings Tom, David, Paula, and John Shilton and their families.

A celebration of Anne’s life will be held on October 3, 2015, 9:30 a.m. at the Museum of Ventura County Agriculture Museum, 926 Railroad Avenue, Santa Paula, California. Gifts in Anne’s memory may be made to the Museum of Ventura County or the Santa Paula Art Museum.
