Nancy Harbison
1935-2015
Nancy Harbison a long time resident of Santa Paula, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, February 10th following an extensive illness.
She was born in Saticoy to Roy and Daisy Dunn. Nancy attended schools in Saticoy and Ventura. She graduated from Ventura High School where she was homecoming queen.
Nancy had worked at Mupu School as a secretary for many years. She always thought of the students and parents as her extended family. Nancy also worked as secretary of the Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce.
Nancy is preceeded by her parents and stepfather, Vernon Storts.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Charles Harbison. Nancy is also survived by her loving children, Jeffrey, Michael (Tina), Glen (Judy), Rebecca and Jennifer. Her cherished grandchildren Lindsey, Kelsey, Shannon, Samuel, Emma Lee, Charles and Lynlee. Nancy was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Per her wishes there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Mupu School, 4410 Ojai Road, Santa Paula, CA 93060, (805) 525-6111.
