Earl Howard
Earl Howard went home Tues. Dec. 9th to be with his heavenly Father at the age of 87. Earl was born in Loudon, Tenn. to Virgil and Orpha Howard. The family relocated to Ventura County when Earl was 9 years of age. Earl attended Fillmore and Santa Paula schools.
Earl was preceded in death by parents, sister Hester Munger and wife Ellen Howard, and grandson Jason Lofton.
Earl worked for many years as a welder for Gilbertson Oil Tool and Point Mugu Naval Base.
Earl attended Life Way Baptist Church for many years.
Earl is survived by daughter Carol Beckwith (Clint), son Larry Howard, step daughter Sandy Paisley, brother Fred Howard (Dolores), 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Life Way Baptist Church 673 W. Santa Paula St. in Santa Paula on Fri. Dec. 19, 2014 at 1:00pm. Burial will take place at Santa Paula Cemetery at 2:00. Pastor Bob Walpole will be officiating. Flowers or donations can be sent to Lifeway Baptist Church in honor of Earl Howard.
