Cathy Hicks new Lt. Governor for District of Optimist International

(Center) Santa Paula Optimist Club President Cathy Hicks was inducted as the Lt. Governor for Zone 3 of the Pacific Southwest District of Optimist International.

Zone 3 covers the Santa Paula, Fillmore-Piru, Santa Clarita, Newhall, and Canyon Country.  Cathy will be responsible for helping the Optimist Clubs in these communities to “bring out the best in children.”
