SPUSD holds welcome back
meeting with employees

The Santa Paula Unified School District held a “Welcome Back” breakfast and gathering for district employees Monday. The Santa Paula Community Center was packed for the event. A number of employees with 25 years or more of service received special awards, recognizing their service. Superintendent Alfonso Gamino said he was excited to start off the second year of the unified district. Board President Diana Ponce-Gomez welcomed everyone as well. “We are very much looking forward to a wonderful school year,” she added.
