Preschoolers celebrate Cinco de Mayo

Children at the Santa Paula Elementary Child Development Center celebrated Cinco de Mayo Friday. Students from the Santa Paula High School Human Resources Academy assisted in the celebration. The children danced and sang in traditional costumes before being served snacks.

The program has a morning and afternoon program. In June they’ll hold graduation ceremonies for the children. The program is slated to shut down because of budget cuts.
