Pre-Schoolers celebrate cowboy day downtown

Children from the Santa Paula Elementary School District’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) program celebrated cowboy day last Friday, parading downtown with their cowboy hats and horses.  The ECE facility is located on the grounds of Barbara Webster School.  The children come to the downtown area during the year.
