Rosa Maria Perez “Student of the Month”

Rosa Maria Perez, a 5th grade student at Blanchard Elementary School was recognized by the Santa Paula Optimist Club as the Student of the Month for the month of February. She was recommended by her teacher Kathleen Thrift.

Miss Perez is the daughter of Ramon and Maria Perez and has four siblings. Her interests at school are reading, writing and math. She also likes music. Away from school, she likes playing softball and helping with the baking at home. Her goal in life is college and would love to work in the law enforcement field.
