Optimist Club honored the Summer Recreation Department volunteers

Optimist Club honored the Summer Recreation Department volunteers with a dinner on Monday, September 8th at the Knights of Columbus Hall. These are high school students who cannot get a job due to their age, so they volunteer. According to Ed Mount, they did a super job!

Kathy Hicks, President of the Santa Paula Optimist Club and Ed Mount helped recognized the students with a certificate. The students recognized were Marissa Pulido, Marcela Felix, Jose de Jesus, Sabrina Servin, Christian Estebes, Armando Hernandez, Noel Nava, Eileen Ruiz, Christian Rocha and Steve Alvarez.
