    Blanchard Community Library will present The Library Fairy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16. This enchanting storyteller features multi-cultural stories promoting literacy, diversity, and self esteem in children. The free family program offers story theatre, costumes, theatrical play and songs. Blanchard Community Library is located at 119 N. 8th Street.
