A number of candidates have filed nomination papers for the Santa Paula Elementary and High School District boards.
A number of candidates have filed nomination papers for the Santa Paula Elementary and High School District boards.Catherine Sepulveda (incumbent), Andrew Castaneda, Yolie Cerda and Dianna Ponce-Gomez have qualified to run for the Santa Paula Union High School District Board of Trustees. Because Bob Salas, the other incumbent, has decided not to run, candidates have until today at 5:00 p.m. to return nomination papers.There are five contenders for two seats on the Santa Paula Elementary School Board. Qualifying for the ballot are: Tim Hicks, Gary Marshall (incumbent), Ofelia De La Torre (incumbent), Ginger Gherardi and Rick Cadman.
