Local Edward Jones branch office administrator attends regional meeting

Theresa Badour of the financial-services firm Edward Jones recently attended a regional meeting in St. Louis, Missouri to exchange work-related ideas with other branch office administrators. The meeting was one of more than 100 held throughout the United States and Canada.
Badour is the branch office administrator for Mike Kelley, the Edward Jones financial advisor in Santa Paula. Most Edward Jones offices are staffed by one financial advisor and once branch office administrator, or BOA. The BOA is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, which may include anything from answering the telephone and servicing accounts to organizing seminars and managing marketing campaigns.
“This meeting was a wonderful opportunity for me,” Badour said. “My job includes such a wide range of responsibilities that it’s always helpful to speak with other branch office administrators and see how they handle their duties.”
