The City of Santa Paula’s California Oil Museum presents their St. Francis Dam Disaster: 80th Anniversary Speakers Series with Howard Level, retired Ventura College professor of geography and geology, at 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 27. Cost for the event is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, $1 for students 6-17 years, $2 for City of Santa Paula residents, and free for museum members.
