City employees help United Way

Employees with the City of Santa Paula participate annually in the United Way Drive by having money deducted from their paychecks.  This year any police officer that contributed $10.00 or more from their bi-weekly paychecks for a year was allowed to grow a goatee. Overall, city employees contributed over $13,000.00 in this year’s United Way effort. Pictured left to right sporting their goatees are Santa Paula Police Officers Dan Kiernan, Alan Macias, Ish Cordero, Troyce Reynolds, and Wally Boggess. Others participating in the United Way drive were Santa Paula Police Officers Mike Saviers, Chris Cook, Ryan Smith, Frank Garcia and Richie Mendez.
