The Pinnacle Group, a real estate development company that is working with city officials to develop the Adams Canyon Preserve, today announced that it will make a Sapphire Level donation to the Santa Clara Valley Wellness Foundation.
The Santa Clara Valley Wellness Foundation supports a variety of programs addressing overall healthcare issues impacting the Santa Clara Valley. The Pinnacle Group’s most recent donation of $2,500 will support a fund raising event on Dec. 1 at the Crowne Plaza Beach Hotel in Ventura to purchase new medical equipment for the Santa Paula Hospital campus of the Ventura County Medical Center.
John Lang, president of the Pinnacle Group, said his company’s contribution to the Santa Clara Valley Wellness Foundation “provides us with an opportunity to make an impact on important health care needs in Santa Paula, Fillmore and Piru. The Wellness Foundation is a valuable resource for our citizens that truly has a positive impact on the community.”
Martha Gentry, president of the Wellness Foundation, said, “The Pinnacle Group’s generous donation will help our organization with the funding of the hospital and other important health care initiatives such as breast cancer education and adolescent obesity and diabetes. We truly appreciate their generosity and look forward to partnering with them in future endeavors that positively impact health care throughout the Santa Clara River Valley.”
The Pinnacle Group is currently working with Santa Paula officials and business leaders on a submittal for The Adams Preserve, a 4,800-acre master planned community that will contain up to 495 custom home sites on extraordinary large-acre lots with dramatic ridgeline views carefully protected through environmentally sensitive planning. The new development will offer a variety of upscale amenities, including miles of hiking and horseback riding trails and thousands of acres of open space throughout the property. The upscale community will also feature a private championship-level golf course to take full advantage of the rolling terrain and natural vegetation of this classic California landscape.
Over the years, Pinnacle Development Group has gained a great deal of national acclaim for its development of a number of high profile private residential and golf communities. They include:
• Estancia, Scottsdale, Ariz., a 640-acre property offering 223 custom home sites and 39 European-style villas, a 37,000-square-foot clubhouse, and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course that was chosen by Golf Digest as the “Best New Private Golf Course in America” in 1996.
