The SPPD will continue to conduct checkpoints and enhance enforcement operations during the holiday season to discourage motorists from driving vehicles after drinking alcohol. Our goal is to reduce the number of alcohol-related crashes and to make our roadways and community safer.

The Avoid 14 DUI Committee members, working with the Santa Paula Police Department, will conduct a sobriety and driver’s license checkpoint on Saturday, May 26 from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The Avoid 14 DUI Committee members, working with the Santa Paula Police Department, will conduct a sobriety and driver’s license checkpoint on Saturday, May 26 from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. The checkpoint will be held in a central location in the City of Santa Paula, and is funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety.
