Describing it as the crucial final "puzzle piece" in blanketing Ventura County's residential market, Troop Real Estate, Inc. has opened an Ojai office, its 15th in the region and 17th overall, announces Brian Troop, company president.
Describing it as the crucial final "puzzle piece" in blanketing Ventura County's residential market, Troop Real Estate, Inc. has opened an Ojai office, its 15th in the region and 17th overall, announces Brian Troop, company president. Troop also reports that Barry Snyder, a 13-year veteran of residential real estate brokerage and management, has been named broker/manager of the new Ojai office. The office is located at 307 E. Ojai Ave., suite 101. Commenting on the new office, Troop said: "We've had several agents who work and live in the Ojai area and who asked me to open an office there. Barry Snyder is the ideal person with specific local market experience to oversee this office." Snyder, an Ojai resident for over 30 years, comes to Troop from Century 21 in Ojai where he served as an agent for 13 years. His wife, Cathy Snyder, is serving as office administrator for Troop's Ojai office. Barry Snyder is a former president of the Ojai Board of Realtors in 2001, was named "Realtor of the Year" for 2002, and has been a member of its board of directors since 1997, serving as secretary/treasurer of the board since 2003.
