The Mupu Community Club is excited to announce that the Fall Festival is coming home!

The Mupu Community Club is excited to announce that the Fall Festival is coming home! The eighth annual fundraising event will once again be held on school grounds on Saturday, October 23. The generosity of the surrounding community is a driving force behind the continued success of this family-oriented, worthwhile afternoon.“Because the State of California continues to struggle with the demands of supporting our schools our fundraising efforts are extremely important to Mupu,” states Laura Teague, Fall Festival chairperson. “This year, the Mupu Community Club helped the school purchase science and math books. In addition, we have continued our commitment to the arts and are sponsoring the Artist-in-the-Classroom Program.”Donations are needed for the Fall Festival fundraising event, including prizes, booth sponsorships of $35 (the name or business will be represented), products or gift certificates for drawings, food, paper supplies, and booth construction materials (and able-bodied booth builders!). “We would not be able to hold this event without your generous support,” Teague continues. We realize there are many worthy organizations that ask of your time, talent(s) and money. We are especially grateful for your help with this event.”
The Fall Festival promises to be a safe, fun-filled occasion complete with games (where everyone is a winner), a costume parade and contest, food, drawings, a Country Store, and Mupu Fall Festival’s famous Cake Walk.Monetary donations may be made payable to Mupu Community Club, 4410 N. Ojai Rd., Santa Paula, CA 93060. The Fall Festival Committee can pick up products or gift certificate donations. Please contact Laura Teague at 525-8991 or clteague@earthlink.net.
