The Heritage Valley Toastmasters Club recently elected new officers for the term of six months that began July 1, 2013 and has moved its meeting place!
Installed were new Club President John Callahan; VP for Education Glenn Turner; VP of Membership Sylvia Racey; VP of Public Relations R.I. “Butch” Kaske; Treasurer Chad Carroll; Secretary Debbie Jackson; and Jose Saucedo has returned as Sergeant-At-Arms.
Toastmasters is an international organization dedicated to teaching individuals oral communication and leadership skills that in turn boost self-confidence and enhance business and social interactions. This is done in a friendly, non-threatening environment that is also a lot of fun.
Starting Wednesday, July 10, please visit Heritage Valley Toastmasters at its new location at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley, 1400 E. Harvard Boulevard in Santa Paula (located four short blocks east of Familia Diaz on the south side of the street.) Meetings start at 7 p.m. and usually end by 8:30 p.m.
