Girls’ wrestling team celebrates 2nd place at CIF

The Santa Paula High School girls’ wrestling team has captured second place at the CIF-SS Finals, held at Rancho Verde High School.

Winning Lady Cards: Jessie Prado and Jennifer Juarez both placed second in their division. Maria Ramirez took fourth place. Samantha Vasquez, Staphany Arriola and Ana Tellez finished in fifth place.  Selena Delacruz placed eighth.

Seven out of 12 of Santa Paula’s wrestlers placed.
